This is an original Animation cel with BG from Ed Edd n Eddy.
I believe this is from Season 2.
Everything is in great condition, comes with Original Cartoon Network certificate of authenticity. I've had this stored in a cool dry place for many years.
The Certificate of Authenticity has been signed by the main Voice cast of Ed Edd n Eddy: Sam Vincent (Double Dee), Tony Sampson (Eddy) and Matt Hill (Ed).
I can sign it too although I did not work on this season so I'm leaving it off unless by request.
I have video authenticating Sam and Matt but Tony and I got to chatting a d I forgot to take the video of him doing the signing. I guarantee it's his tho!
